No supplier data

Load purchase orders and inventory to see revenue, margin, and cost drift per supplier, backed by the purchase dates and unit costs that show it.

No customer data

Load sales with customer identifiers to see repeat rate, average basket, top customers, and regulars whose visits have stopped.

No cash flow data

Cash flow is built from sales inflows and purchase order outflows. Once loaded, this page shows daily and weekly net cash and the cash sitting in inventory.

The weekly report compares this week against last, category by category, once at least two weeks of sales data are loaded.
